We also realize there is a learning curve to using any new product, and if you are experiencing difficulty or have questions, please contact us prior to returning your Carrier; we can often offer a solution that will help.
Returns must be returned prepaid. Ergobaby is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item(s) are received at Ergobaby, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid. Please allow about two weeks for Ergobaby to refund your credit card upon receipt.
Please submit returns through our return portal found here. A return will only be accepted if the customer has completed the returns process through our automated system (at the provided link) prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package returned without a valid return label issued by Ergobaby clearly marked on the outside of the box, will be refused.

- Print your return label
- Pack your items and attach the return label
Place your items in the original carton together with your pack slip. Attach the return label to the outside of the carton. Please do not forget to include the delivery note in your parcel.
- Return your parcel. Please keep your return receipt until you have received your refund from us.
- Receive your refund
Within 14 days of receipt of your return we will refund the amount to your account.
If you’ve purchased Ergobaby products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
